We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account.
⚠️ Before You Delete
Please note that account deletion:
- Is permanent and cannot be undone
- Removes all your game data, statistics, and achievements
- Deletes your leaderboard rankings and social connections
- May take up to 30 days to complete
- Your username will become available for others
In-App Deletion
Delete directly from the app (fastest method)
- 1Open the Make a Line app
- 2Tap your profile icon
- 3Go to Settings → Account
- 4Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- 5Read the warning and confirm
- 6Enter your password to verify
- 7Tap "Delete Permanently"
Email Request
Submit a deletion request via email
Send your request to:
privacy@makealine.comInclude this information:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your account email address
- Your username
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Gets Deleted
✓ Permanently Removed:
- Account credentials
- Profile information
- Game statistics and history
- Achievements and rewards
- Friends and social connections
- Leaderboard entries
- Chat messages
⚠️ May Be Retained:
- Anonymized analytics data
- Transaction records (legal requirement)
- Support ticket history
- Security logs
- Aggregated statistics
Deletion Timeline
Request Submitted
Your account is marked for deletion immediately
Grace Period (7 days)
You can still cancel the deletion by signing in
Data Removal (up to 30 days)
All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
Confirmation Email
We'll send you a confirmation once deletion is complete

Just stop using the app. Your data will be safe if you want to return.
🔕 Disable Notifications
Turn off all notifications in Settings if they're bothering you.
🔒 Make Private
Set your profile to private and remove social connections.

Can I cancel the deletion?
Yes, you have 7 days to cancel by simply signing back into your account.
What happens to my purchases?
In-app purchases are tied to your account and will be deleted. No refunds are issued for deleted accounts.
Can I use the same email again?
Yes, after 30 days you can create a new account with the same email address.
Will my friends be notified?
No, but you will disappear from their friends list and any shared content will be removed.
